Your Heppner’s repair carries a Limited Lifetime Warranty. We guarantee the parts, paint and any mechanical repairs directly related to the original collision damage for as long as you own the vehicle.

Yes! Due to current demand for repair services, we want to make sure you have the best experience possible. You can call any one of the shops to schedule an estimate appointment or you can also book your preferred time online at the top of our homepage. Booking an appointment online ahead of time ensures there will be an estimator available right as you walk in the door. 

We accept all major credit cards as well as cash and checks issued directly to customers from their insurance company. No personal checks are accepted.

We work with all insurance companies. Many of the country’s leading insurance companies have entrusted Heppner’s to get their policyholders the highest quality repairs available by designating Heppner’s as a direct repair facility.

Timing varies based on the severity of the damage, intensity of repairs and availability of parts. After you receive an estimate, the shop will order parts and schedule a time for you to drop off your car. The person handling your repairs will keep you updated throughout the process.

Yes. We’ll make sure you are provided with transportation during your repair, either through rental car coverage from your insurance company or by offering Enterprise rental vehicles at each of our six locations for up to five days with a qualifying repair. Our friendly staff can also drop you off at home or work after you bring your vehicle in for repairs.

While we don’t anticipate issues with repairs to vehicles, we understand it can happen – which is why we offer a lifetime warranty on all of our repairs for as long as you own the vehicle. Should something happen after a repair, please contact the manager at the location where your vehicle was fixed.
