Your Heppner’s repair carries a Limited Lifetime Warranty. We guarantee the parts and repairs directly related to the original damage for as long as you own the vehicle.

We accept all major credit cards as well as cash for any glass repair or replacement jobs. No personal checks are accepted.

Yes, glass repair/replacement services require appointments. We do not stock any pieces of glass, therefore we need a 24 hour notice to order the correct glass for your specific vehicle make & model and make sure it is delivered ahead of your scheduled appointment. The easiest way to get the most accurate price estimate is if you have your vehicle identification number (VIN) handy when you call. That allows us to look up the pieces of glass that are specific to your make/model/year vehicle and give you the best price. 

We work with all insurance companies and we will handle your glass claim from start to finish.

A windshield replacement process itself is relatively quick but the adhesive we use needs ample time to dry and cure to ensure it is safe to drive. Chip repairs are typically filled and dried within a few minutes and the vehicle is safe to drive immediately after work is completed.
