Due to the number of vehicles impacted by storms on 5/19/22, we are unable to schedule hail damage estimates. If you have hail damage, follow these steps:
- Contact your insurance company to determine if they have declared a catastrophe and how they would like to proceed.
- Have your insurance company write an estimate for your vehicle.
- E-mail your local Heppner's location. E-mail addresses are found on the location pages, under the Locations drop-down menu item.
- We will contact you and schedule a repair.
Please understand that with the large amount of vehicles damaged that it may take several months to get your vehicle scheduled in for the repairs. Our staff is working as efficiently as they can to handle this large amount of claims, so please be respectful and understanding of our efforts to service all of our customers.
